1. Acceptance of Terms > By downloading or using the Raja AI Voice Assistant app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service > Raja AI is a voice-based assistant that processes your spoken words to provide AI-generated responses for informational purposes only.
3. Data Collection & Privacy >
• We collect Device IDs, Device Names, and track Talk Counts to manage your credits and ensure proper app functionality.
• We use FCM Tokens to send you important app notifications.
• We use the Advertising ID for displaying ads through Google AdMob and Start.io.
• No personal information (name, email, or phone number) is collected.
We may share non-personally identifiable advertising identifiers with our ad partners (Start.io and AdMob) to provide personalized ad experiences.
4. Third-Party Services > The app utilizes third-party AI APIs, specifically Meta Llama and Google Gemini, to generate intelligent responses. These services operate independently under their own respective privacy policies and terms of service. By using Raja AI, you acknowledge that your queries are processed by these external models to provide you with the best possible experience.
5. User Responsibility > Users are solely responsible for their interactions. You agree not to use the app for:
Abusive or harmful language.
Illegal activities or sharing prohibited information.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Raja AI offers optional in-app purchases and subscription plans that allow
users to buy additional credits or access premium features. All payments are
processed securely through Google Play Billing. Subscription plans renew
automatically unless cancelled by the user through their Google Play account
settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties > The developer is not liable for any technical errors, server delays, or inaccurate responses generated by the AI.
8. Modifications to Service > We reserve the right to change features, content, or services at any time without prior notice.
9. Updates to Terms > These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available within the app.
10. Agreement > By using Raja AI, you confirm: "I will use the Raja AI Voice Assistant app in a safe and legal manner."
